Start with a site like wikipedia. From there, click the links of the sources. I only have difficulty starting because research can be monotonous. Often you just find things that you don't understand.
My family's history has affected my health with just simple things. It's easy for me to get melanoma, anxiety, and maybe diabetes. Otherwise, my family has a good mix of genes. I assume in the future, I'm just going to have to be careful with diet and skin.
In seventh grade, I had PE so I was ok with physical fitness. In ninth grade, I lost a ton of weight due to anxiety and stress. I then gained it all back last year and I'm working again to improve my health. While I haven't excelled at the tests, I've never done badly. I did swimming for a while and started to do hikes.
I'm interested in marine biology and waters because the oceans are not as known as land. Animals of the deep have a sort of alien feeling. We keep them in water because they need water to survive. It's how their bodies process oxygen, however they're okay in water boxes.
